She has been practising law since 2008, collaborating with various law firms in Madrid. She also collaborated with the Madrid Bar Association, belonging to the Civil Litigation Working Group of the Bar Association.

Before joining the Procedural Law team of On Tax & Legal, Ana Pazó worked as a substitute judge in various courts in the provinces of Lugo and Ourense.
