Jaime Aneiros is specialized in Financial and Tax Law, mainly on complex issues: Taxation of High Net Worth Individuals, Company taxation, Transfer Prices, International Taxation, Sanctions Law, Customs and International Trade.

He is Compliance Expert, certified by WCA, Cumplen and Compliance Officer Institute. Jaime is also Expert in Prevention of Money Laundering, registered before SEPBLAC (Ministry of Economy) with capacity to audit the financial and non-financial institutions obliged by Act 10/2010.

He is member of the Group of Experts of the Spanish Tax Advisors Association (AEDAF), of the Technical Committee of the World Compliance Association (WCA), of the Money Laundering Prevention Sub-Commission of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers (CGAE) and of the Studies Cabinet of the Federation of Professional Associations of Tax Technicians and Tax Advisors (FETAFF).

Jaime Aneiros is a lawyer specialist in Tax Law registered in the European Register of Tax Advisers (ERTA), member of the International Tax Association (IFA) and of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

He has been a lecturer at Vigo University since 2000, and is a tenured lecturer in Financial and Tax Law, training law students, as well as on the Master in Tax Law, Company law and Bar School. He has also taught abroad (France, Italy, Mexico).

During these last twenty years his professional activity has consisted of making reports, legal expert reports, opinions and appeals of law firms and Professional Associations from the Transfer Office of the University of Vigo
