In 1999 joined the law firm Castro, Sueiro & Varela in Madrid, advising on commercial law matters to national and foreign companies and implementing numerous naval finance structures under Royal Decree 442/1994, and “Tax Lease” (Additional regulation 15 of the Companies Tax Act).

In 2004 he joined the Banking and Capitals Market department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in Madrid, advising national and foreign companies on commercial law matters, acquisition and stock markets.

In 2009 Ramón Ozores joined the commercial department of Garrigues in Vigo, advising companies from Galicia in restructuring and insolvencies processes.

In 2011 he joined Colón Abogados, advising on commercial, financial matters and in company restructuring processes.
